Cześć. Tu Justyna i Ala. Jesteśmy nauczycielkami. Uczymy też języka angielskiego. Od wielu lat same tworzymy swoje materiały. Naszą pasją są szczególnie teatrzyki, które same wymyślamy. A następnie przedstawiamy je w formie teatrzyków Kamishibai jak i same występujemy jako aktorki.
Kamishibai Theatre “The Wandering of the Drop of Water” is a charming and educational story that introduces children to the water cycle in nature in a simple and engaging way.
Told through the beautiful form of Japanese picture theatre Kamishibai, this story follows a little Drop of Water who lives in a lake and dreams about travelling the world. One warm day, the sun heats the water so much that the little drop becomes light and rises into the sky.
High above, she meets a soft, friendly cloud and, together with other drops, turns into water vapour and forms a big, fluffy cloud. After some time, the cloud becomes heavy, and the drops fall back to the Earth as rain – landing on trees, rooftops, and streams, eventually returning to the lake.
Through this gentle journey, children discover how water constantly moves in nature – from the ground to the sky and back again – in an endless and fascinating cycle.
This story helps children understand:
• the basics of the water cycle (evaporation, clouds, rain)
• the importance of water in nature
• how natural processes work in a simple, child-friendly way
This Kamishibai story is perfect for:
• English lessons in preschools and primary schools
• science and nature-themed activities
• World Water Day celebrations
• storytelling and speaking activities
• Kamishibai theatre and classroom presentations
